What materials are used to make your shoes?
All our shoes are handcrafted using premium Italian leather, handled by master artisans who have perfected their trade over generations.
What kind of leather do you use?
We source only premium, sustainably produced full-grain Italian leather from elite tanneries, renowned for its durability and rich patina over time.
How do I care for my shoes?
We recommend using a cedar shoe tree after each wear to maintain their shape. Clean with a soft brush and apply a premium leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day return & exchange policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Items discounted more than 20% are not eligible for a refund, and AED 20 handling is deducted from refunds. Please contact our client services team to initiate a return or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Orders from major cities in the UAE are delivered within 2-3 working days. All shipments worth AED 55 or more are shipped free of cost across the UAE (except the Western Region). Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. are dispatched the next day.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — we offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE. You can also pay by credit card, or split your purchase into interest-free installments with Tabby or Tamara.
How do I choose the right size?
Our shoes follow standard EU sizing from 39 to 47. Please check the size guide on each product page, which includes EU, US, UK and foot-length (mm) measurements. If you are between sizes or need advice, contact our client services team before ordering.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes — we offer free size exchanges within 10 days for unworn items in their original packaging. Contact our client services team and we will arrange the exchange for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), Tabby and Tamara. With Tabby or Tamara you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
