We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another item — your choice.
To proceed, please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the original invoice. Please fill out our Return & Exchange Form and send the product to our return address. Our support team is always ready to assist you.

Refunds on Sale Items
Items purchased with a discount of more than 20% are not eligible for a refund.
Delivery Charges
In case of a refund, AED 20 will be deducted as delivery and handling charges.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 working days to your original payment method
Received Wrong or Faulty Item?
If you’ve received the wrong product or a damaged item, please complete the Return & Exchange Form and return it to us. We’ll replace it as soon as possible.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, your account may be placed on hold, and an advance payment will be required for future orders.
